How to fix it
Remove nofollow from internal links. Keep it only for pages that genuinely should not be crawled, and prefer a robots rule for those.
When it is not a problem
Nofollowing a link to a login page or a cart changes nothing, because those pages should not rank anyway. Nofollowing links to product or article pages throws away internal ranking signal.
